See the sample image below (this is for Optical Drive, it may be different for your device), the first part of the value shown identifies the drive type as "IDE\CDROMHL_BDDVDRW_GBC-H20L", followed by the firmware version number of 1.B8. The first part of the Value identifies the drive type followed by a long series of underscores, and then the firmware version number. Select Device Instance Path or Device Instance Id (whichever is available for your version of Windows) from the drop down box.Open Network Adapters and right click Broadcom Wireless card.Press the Windows R key on the keyboard to launch the “Run” dialog box.Also, add the Device Instance ID of the device with the exclamation mark. If possible, please add an screenshot of the “Device Manager” showing the Broadcom Wireless card. Please reply with a little more clarification about the problem.
